Parts are given out for repair, part is returned, and the names in the records vary. The assistant can collect a draft of the replenishment application and explain what operations were included in it. The basis is a log of accepted movements and agreed stock rules, so that a convincing text does not replace the calculation.

The name of the details is associated with the accounting position

For the pilot, choose one group of spare parts with understandable articles and units. A free description from the repair record can be offered to be compared with the directory. The match is confirmed by the employee and the exact code; a similar name or photo does not prove interchangeability.

Issuance, refund, write-off and transfer receive different types. A double operation should not double the cost. For clarification, a reference to the primary record and a separate status of the unconfirmed matching are needed. Boxes and individual items are translated only according to the agreed composition of the package.

The remainder is calculated reproducibly

The employee must restore each proposed line of the application according to the slice data. Sending to the supplier and changing accounting balances are performed on a separate confirmed action.

Indicate the accounting system used, the unloading format, the number of items, the frequency of updating and the person responsible for the comparisons. The quotation includes import, directory, calculation, list of exceptions and draft application. Separately agree on integration; buying a server does not mean a ready entry into your ERP.
